”A Surprisingly Affordable Top-Quality Guitar”

The Blueridge BR183A Adirondack Top Craftsman Series Acoustic Guitar is a true breath of fresh air. For far less than you might expect you will get the tone and musical texture that would normally be attributed to more expensive model of acoustic guitar, especially when you take into consideration that the BR183A is a solid wood guitar and a rather small one at that.

Built on a 000 body, the BR183A is a guitar that invites you to cuddle up close and get lost in the music. Called an ‘auditorium size’ or ‘orchestra model’ by some, the curvy shape of the Blueridge BR183A Adirondack Top Craftsman Series Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar fits well on your knee and can be held tight against your torso, this means that it is much easier to handle even by the younger or more slightly built players. Add to this the fact that it is made from all solid woods and you have an instrument that you can truly be proud of, not to mention that its tone and volume are considerably better than you might expect of a guitar of this size.

From its solid Adirondack spruce top to its hand-carved parabolic top braces and solid East Indian Rosewood body, this beautifully crafted instrument not only has the look of a much more expensive guitar, it also has the tone. And while at ~$1299 you are buying a cheap acoustic guitar with the Blueridge, you would have to spend an extra $100 for a
Martin Martin SWOMGT Sustainable Wood Series Orchestra Acoustic Guitar
in order to get the same quality of sound.

Mind you for that extra $100 you are getting the Martin name. But if it is the tone that matters most to you, the Blueridge BR183A Adirondack Top Craftsman Series Acoustic Guitar will not only save you money, but will give you the sound and kind of playability you are looking for.

If you axe me... NEW
by: Graham

At $1300, this cannot be called 'cheap'. For that kind of coin, one expects and deserves quality. There are a good many solid wood guitars available at this price-point, but not many SMALL ones. This is among the prettiest of the little guitars, so if appearance is important, look seriously at this one.
