At ~$279 the Fender CD 280S is a very good value, though for $10 more you can have a Dean Tradition Exotic Quilted Ash Acoustic Guitar acoustic guitar with a solid spruce top and quilted ash body whose overall tone is miles gone from the Fender CD 280S. But if it is the Fender brand name that you want, the CD 280S will serve you well, and is a solid choice when purchasing acoustic guitars online.
