Guild Gad 40c

by Jim
(Kalispell, Montana)

Going through a crate mixer (with a chorus effect)
to a pyle pro stereo amp, to two custom monitor speakers, I get a deep rich tone that i can't get with my other acoustic guitars.

After demoing other guitars (martin, taylor, fender) I love the sound of my guild. The guild gad 40c (a lower end guild )has a beautiful tone, I dream of owning a higher quality guild someday. The quality, workmanship, playability, and the sound of my gad 40C has sold me on guild acoustic guitars.

If --- my ship ever comes in, I will purchase another guild (higher-end)guitar. I rate guild 5 of 5 stars.

Guild NEW

Dude....if you think what you have is representative of what a GUILD guitar is about, you have plenty to learn. The 'high end' Guilds are like ALL high end instruments: made UP TO A STANDARD, not down to a price. By the time your ship comes in, you'll understand this. The REAL measures of a guitar are how it sounds...all by itself...and how long it lasts. This is NOT determined by what's written on the headstock.
