by Will

Just wondering if you have anything to say about the Fender FA-130 guitar, is it a good beginner set?

Well Im not looking to perform or anything, I just wanna mess around with it and try and learn to play. And Im not wanting to spend more than $200 on a guitar and the local store has the Fender FA-130 kit for $199 and they also have a Fender SA-100 for $100 all the other reviews say these both are good beginners.

Buy a solid top guitar. Laminates are a waste of money.

Solid Top Acoustic-Electric Guitar
by: Guitar Guru

I'd recommend spending an additional $100 to get a solid-top guitar, such as the Ibanez AEG20E Flamed Sycamore Top Acoustic-Electric Guitar. The upgrade will be well worth the additional investment.
